How I process your data
I collect personal information about you when you complete an order/ custom made order from my website, I may also collect personal information when you call or email me. The information I collect is exclusively for the purpose of processing and managing your order and dealing with your enquiry or any other queries you may have about my handmade designs and services.

The personal information I collect about you will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. The legal basis for processing your information is that I have a 'legitimate interest' in developing a business relationship with you to achieve our business objectives.

The information I collect may include, your full name, address, phone number (landline and / or mobile) email address, and any information related specifically to your enquiry or order at my website.
Please note: I do not store your credit card details or other financial information in anyway, and I will never pass on your personal information to third parties.
How do I store your data
Any information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. I store your data securely offline at my UK business location, which only I can access. For customers who have purchased from me, I tend to store your data for a limited time until my purpose for processing your data/order has been completed.

You have the right to see, correct, restrict or remove your personal information. For access requests please contact me using the details below. (I may require identification in order to disclose personal data).
