Bluegrass jasper is a particularly good stone for bringing energies of wholeness and healing to an environment or situation. Howlite - Said to be the stone of memory, knowledge and progress, and to encourage reasoning, observation, discernment, patience and tact. It also is believed to eliminate pain, stress and anger. It is a super-calming stone and many people use it to relieve stress of all kinds. Sodalite - Said to help change the way you feel about yourself. It is believed to have subtle, soothing energies to help you to see the wisdom of adopting a simpler, less hectic lifestyle.
