how to order
Ordering is easy. Just browse the web site, click on the Add To Cart button for the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Basket. When you have finished your selection, click on the Checkout button and enter your name, address and credit card details on the secure web pages.
You can amend or remove items from your shopping basket just as easily as adding them. To do this, simply click on the Remove link next to the item you would like to delete, or change the quantity total in the box and click Recalculate.
Payment must be made online by credit or debit card. Atalya Designs accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Your order and credit card details are processed safely on a secure server (SSL). This means there is a private connection between your computer and this web site. Payments are processed by PayPal - a market leader and trusted name. Returning an order
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I will offer a full refund or exchange for products returned to the me (the artisan) within 14 days of purchase (excluding original postage costs). Handmade items must be returned in their original brand new condition and packaged carefully inside a suitable jiffy bag. For your protection it's recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items, Royal Mail offer Recorded and Next Day delivery options - please be aware, you will have to pay for the return postage costs. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please contact me before returning an item so I can process your return or exchange swiftly. Return your unused handmade item to the address below with a copy of your invoice (or write your name, address and contact details on a piece of paper) also include the reason for return. A refund or exchange will then be processed upon receipt of the goods. I reserve the right to offer a partial refund or a voucher code in some instances (for example, items that have been used for months). If you have any queries, please contact me for further help.
Personalised rosaries and custom made items cannot be returned as they're a bespoke handmade item created specifically for you.
Broken or faulty items will be repaired for free within the first 6 months, thereafter a small fee will be charged for any items that may need to be repaired. You will need to pay for the return postage costs for this service. Items that break due to misuse or heavy handling during the first few months of ownership will also be repaired for free. The repair service will take 7 to 10 days to complete depending on the amount of damage caused to your handmade item. Fees will be discussed and paid for in advance.
