Turquoise - Believed to be a stone of communication, making one more eloquent, loving, creative and honest. Also considered a stone of friendship. It was used for beads by the Egyptians as early as 5500bc and has been used in amulets in Europe and Asia for thousands of years and is important in Native American jewellery. Blue Aventurine - Believed to calm a troubled mind, thereby bringing inner peace. It's also supposed to increase confidence and gratitude, and promote emotional tranquility and positive attitudes. Bluegrass Jasper - Jasper is known as the “supreme nurturer”. It sustains and supports through times of stress, and brings tranquility and wholeness. Bluegrass jasper is a particularly good stone for bringing energies of wholeness and healing to an environment or situation. Howlite - Said to be the stone of memory, knowledge and progress, and to encourage reasoning, observation, discernment, patience and tact. It also is believed to eliminate pain, stress and anger. It is a super-calming stone and many people use it to relieve stress of all kinds. Sodalite - Said to help change the way you feel about yourself. It is believed to have subtle, soothing energies to help you to see the wisdom of adopting a simpler, less hectic lifestyle.
